¿Qué buscamos?
- En **IT Partner España** estamos seleccionando un **PeopleSoft Technical Lead** con amplia experiência en entornos internacionales para liderar técnica y funcionalmente un equipo que trabaja sobre el sistema contable de **AXA Partners**, implementado en múltiples países europeos y Estados Unidos.
- Buscamos un perfil con visión estratégica, liderazgo técnico y orientación a la calidad. Si te apasiona coordinar equipos técnicos, diseñar arquitecturas complejas y trabajar en soluciones de alto impacto para grandes organizaciones, esta posición es para ti.

**Tu día a día incluirá**:

- Ser el referente técnico del equipo y coordinar entregas técnicas en PeopleSoft.
- Diseñar soluciones técnicas escalables y revisar su viabilidad con Arquitectura y Seguridad.
- Asegurar la compatibilidad con las soluciones existentes y coordinar las integraciones (REST APIs, Integration Broker, Swagger).
- Participar activamente en la estrategia del producto con el Product Owner.
- Mentorizar a desarrolladores, supervisar calidad del código y buenas prácticas.
- Apoyar en la priorización del backlog y fomentar la cultura Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Participar directamente en tareas técnicas cuando sea necesario (desarrollo, pruebas, soporte...).

️ **Tech Stack & Skills**:

- PeopleSoft Financials 9.2+ (AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC, CA)
- PeopleTools 8.60+, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Process Scheduler
- APIs REST, Integration Broker, Swagger
- SQL y bases de datos relacionales
- Experiência en upgrades, migraciones y mantenimiento de PeopleSoft
- Experiência en entornos Agile y entrega orientada a pruebas (TDD)

- Inglés fluido (el francés es un plus)
