Embark on a thrilling journey with Hyatt and gain hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic departments in the hospitality industry.

The pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases:

- Executive Offices: Trainees will work closely with out Hotel Director and Leadership Commitee with a focus in learning the overall operation of the Hotel
- An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest.

The training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.

The length of the program is 9-12 months.

**Qualifications**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Full-Time Commitment**: This is a full-time paid Management Internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).
- **Housing**:Please note that housing is not included.
- **Work Authorization**: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.
- **Relevant Career Path**: Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.
- **Language Skills**: Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role
- **Passion for Learning**: We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
