Wood is currently recruiting a Project Control Coordinator to join our Project Control team.
- Development of detailed engineering schedules
- Development of engineering progress measurement systems and reporting of progress and productivity
- Coordination of schedule interfaces between licensors' and subcontractors' activities
- Provide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestones
- Production of weekly and monthly progress reports to the project management team
- Budget recast and set-up based on original estimation
- Control productive Manhours. In case of reimbursable projects, preparing Certification Mhrs for invoicing
- Productivity curves and Earned Value Method to determine Engineering Mhrs forecast
- Contract Changes. Identification and monitoring works not included in contractual scope
- Analyze current project’s status, estimate its tendency in the future and inform managers in case of important deviations
- Issue of monthly Cost Report (Control of equipment, bulk materials, sub-contracts, direct and indirect costs, invoicing)
- Control of Bulk Materials. Forecasting quantities and cost based on MTO and unitary prices. Deviations analyzing
- Control of the Subcontracts of Assembling. Monitoring and forecasting unitary prices and quantities estimated in the Project. Deviations analyzing
- Monitoring and forecasting Construction Supervision Manhours and construction indirect costs.
- Cash Flow Curve
- Risks and Opportunities Analysis
- Relevant degree / Chartered Engineer or appropriate experience
- A proven track record in engineering and construction of refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar facilities
- Experience of FEED and EPC projects, including revamp projects
- A pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert with Primavera P6 and spreadsheets, with database capability
- Self-motivated, energetic, and tenacious
- Spanish language at native level
- Excellent command of English
- Available immediately
