JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview of Role
- FX Senior Analyst guarantees a correct FX accounting process in order to maintain an accurate FX P&L result.
- P&L figures would not be trustable without this role contribution.
- This role is responsible for avoiding any P&L impact not related with trading and the main business, i.e: accounting errors, system fails, wrong definition of processes
- The role is responsible for ensuring the FX flows accuracy with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as implementing FX deals and hedging derivatives whenever is required.
- A trading volume annual average of €4 billion implies this role carries a significant accountability.
- Analyzing and quantifying risk
- Evaluating risk and comparing them versus criteria established
- Implementing actions to reduce or mitigate risk
- Creating risk reports

Skills
- Fundamental and technical analysis.
- Control of postings processes and internal accounting.
- Deep knowledge of company foreign currency flows.
- Usage of FXaLL, Refinitiv and Sap systems.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent analytical aptitude.
- Fluent English.
- Advanced spreadsheet & modeling skills
- Motivated to seek answers and problem-solving skills.

Experience
- Experience in GFS departments working with SAP in accounting processes.
- Four years of experience in a Foreign Exchange department.
- Experience with FX platforms (FXaLL, 360T..).
