Operational Excellence Lead 1

**The role of the OpEx Lead is to help in the design, creation, and implementation of processes, from defining a methodology to follow, influencing the ways of working, to ensuring that there is proper documentation of all critical processes. The key responsibilities of this person will be to, among others**:
Perform continuous analysis of workflows, funnels and processes to drive business performance, operational excellence and innovation.
Identify projects and follow DMAIC methodology.
Propose actionable process improvement plans in agreement with key stakeholders and get teams onboard.
Monitor and push the implementation of these cultural change.
Implement Lean philosophy and tools in the area.
