Master's Degree or Master's in Business Administration (MBA)

Amazon Marketplace continues to evolve to be the best place for third party (3P) Selling Partners of all sizes to reach out to hundreds of millions of Customers by leveraging our tools and services.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer obsessed, and highly motivated Senior Strategic Account Manager to support the expansion of the international seller business on the European Amazon websites and help them grow on the Amazon Marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with top Domestic Selling Partners.
This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions. You will work autonomously, with a consultancy approach, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives and drive initiatives impacting the overall Domestic Selling Partner base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage top Selling Partners on Amazon’s European marketplaces
- Define and improve strategies for growing the overall Domestic business
- Set up sellers for success, delivering new business growth
Key job responsibilities
Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key
Define, scope and partner with other teams/functions to deliver key strategic initiatives
Set clear, measurable quality goals for managed initiatives.
Define the recruiting strategy and management strategy for the portfolio assigned.
Have the obsession to drive a better customer experience through everything that we do here at Amazon
Bring innovative ideas to the table every day, in order to find better ways of accomplishing our customer objectives
Ability to think, persuade stakeholders, drive initiatives and communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on decisions, status and risks
- Excellent business judgment and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
- Experience on multitasking and managing multiple initiatives - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Experience on delivering initiatives from conception through completion
- Experience in roles that required driving strategic change while managing operations
