VIE Junior Trade Officer, CIB Global Banking - Madrid, M/F Your daily routine ? You will develop “PNB” within a geographical zone. You will boost the Trade Finance activity and increase international flows and “PNB” through a high qualitative service perceived by customers and prospects. You will prescribe Trade Finance products, engage the customer in the long term and strengthen their trust in our expertise. You will develop business assets by prospection. You will develop and follow-up the allocation of the Trade Center in regards of the revenues generated by “CTE / CTI / CTF” customers. You will manage a portfolio of clients for trade-related transactional operations with respect for ethics and compliance standards. You will develop and demonstrate active participation within the network. You will sell the International network to customers, prospects and encourage its use. You will contribute sharing relevant information and best practices within the different “TC”s. You will promote the introduction of new products and be responsible for their commercialization, working closely with the “RM of CTE / CTI” teams. You will develop synergies, network with the Arab desk. You will support the Trade Manager in the organization and animation of meetings related to the trading activity with clients and “RMs of CTE / CTI, ECEP”. The working environment is important You will join the Global Trade Solutions department in charge of "flow" transactions typically referred to as Trade Finance (Documentary Credits, International Guarantees) and Supply Chain Management products. You will be an integral part of the team, which consists of 5 trade managers and has historically always had a VIE. You will be based in Madrid, Spain, at Emilio Vargas office. Our offices are bright and well equiped with all the facilities required including cafeteria. Also, it is easy to commute form different areas, and we also provide a bus shuttle from 2 different locations in Madrid. The next steps ? The role offers the possibiltiy to develop the career towards strategic thinking, networking, and be involved in trade finance practical elements. You will do financial analysis on Corporate clients, work on sales pitches and simulate return calculations for the bank. These skills are useful in a variety of departments, and as such your time with GTS provides a solid basis to continue your career within Corporate Coverage, Credit Analysis, Risk, GTS or Business Management.
