Through a dynamic and immersive experience, you’ll work alongside a diverse team of global professionals, gain real world exposure, and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.What you will be doingAs a Santander CIB Graduate in Global Transaction Banking you will rotate across some of the teams within the GTB sub-product areas (Cash Management, Export & Agency Finance, Trade & Working Capital).During your rotation in the products, you will perform key tasks to support the execution and development of solutions, including:Conduct market and industry research to uncover trends, competitive dynamics, and client opportunities.Analyse data to identify high-potential clients, products, and business segments.Build sales and proposal materials that help teams pitch ideas and bring products to market.Gain hands-on experience in transactional banking, contributing to real operations that support our clients’ day-to-day needs.Present projects to team, partners, and senior leaders, sharing insights and recommendations while learning from experts across the business.Learn more about Global Transaction Banking and Santander through our website: are looking forThe best talent to support our growth ambition.
