The role will work closely with our E-trading team in Madrid and our local markets in Benelux, Germany, France, Italy and Spain to drive business development and retention. We are an intermediated business and campaigns will target our broker partners in local language and will be tailored to the local market opportunities.
The role is based in Madrid and reports to the Marketing Operations Manager EMEA and matrix reports to Head of E-trading; and is part of the 14 people strong regional marketing and communications team supporting 27 countries. In addition, you will work with 20+ marketing and communication colleagues across EMEA. We pride ourselves in being a truly collaborative best practice sharing team.

In Madrid you will be located alongside the E-Trading team - consisting of 7 team members in Madrid and 12 team members across our key markets, all supported by excess of 70 Underwriters focused on Small Commercial and Middle Market business. This is a relatively newly established, very international, and dynamic team with representation from across Europe.

Chubb serves high net worth individuals providing motor, home and valuables insurance; SME (Small and Medium sized Enterprise), middle market, and large corporate business providing property, casualty as well as accident and health insurance in addition to risk engineering and multinational servicing propositions. This role will primarily support the SME and middle market segments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Share best practice / creative concepts across countries and contribute to the broader ‘Broker Activation’ planning. Scaling out marketing automation systems across multiple countries with a strong technical knowledge to integrate systems collaborating with IT, and data analysts.
- Manage opt-in campaigns to increase the number of brokers that could be contacted.
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements and skills**:

- Educated at degree level with a preference for digital marketing related bias.
- Excellent level of English(C1) is a must.
- At least one additional European language (France/Italian/Dutch/German/Spanish) is desirable.
- Knowledge of CRM principles, especially around MS Dynamics and Salesforce is a strong plus. Ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified
- Previous experience in insurance or other regulated industry is strongly desirable. Insurance experience is not a must though if you are curious about our business and a quick learner, who can absorb the relevant knowledge about the business and areas you are supporting
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and act accordingly.
- Marketing Automation knowledge is a plus.
- The ability to design and lead demand generation workshops as well as train users on how to use Salesforce marketing cloud
- The ability to brief and collaborate with marketing, translation, digital agencies and vendors.
- The ability to manage allocated budgets
- Experience in supporting the development of campaign plans to be rolled-out across multiple countries.
- An appetite to get involved with marketing transformation.
