**PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process for local or remote positions
- Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers to align profile and recruiting process; build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Act as talent advisor and provide a consultative approach to hiring manager and/or business stakeholder showcasing data, trends, and talent and competitive intelligence- Think outside of the box to source and hire for difficult-to-place roles; create and implement innovative solutions
- Participate as needed in career fairs, lectures, webinars, campus events, etc to support early talent sourcing and outreach activities
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience working in a similar role managing end to end TA processes
- Demonstrated success working in a high-volume hiring environment
- Solid project management skills and proven success in defining and executing initiatives
- to senior level executives
- Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders’ expectations
- Experience sourcing top talent using innovative recruiting techniques
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
