This is your opportunity to have an impact As a Customer Service Representative for the Europe Customer Operations Centre (COpC) in Barcelona you will become part of a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse work environment where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering top customer support.**

**Your Role**:

- Raise quotes, process orders and manage deliveries and invoicing
- Take incoming inquiries from customers in the Benelux regio
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the quote to invoicing cycle
- Innovate new ways of meeting the customer needs
- Support, guide and escalate if necessary
- Collaborate across departments and geographies
- Assists in ad-hoc tasks

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**:

- Native Dutch and proficient in English. Native or high level in French is a plus
- Experience in a similar role and environment will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude to delight customers - a customer centric mind
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word)
- Ability to solve complex issues that are in the best interest of the customer and the company
- Time management in a fast paced environment
- Strong team working skills
- Strong Organizational skills to maximize productivity
