Descripción del rol: Ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad en la Atención al Cliente así como velar por la buena presencia del Spa y sus amenities para conseguir una experiência excepcional de nuestros clientes.
- Atención al cliente 100% personalizada.
- Explicar los servicios y tomar reservas según estándares.
- Gestionar las instalaciones del SPA, preparación y cierre del día.
- Mantener orden y limpieza en todo momento.
Requisitos esenciales:
- Idiomas: Castellano e inglés.
- Experiência previa en Atención al Cliente.
- Flexibilidad horaria y de funciones.
- Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
Requisitos deseables:
- Idioma: Francés
- Haber trabajado en servicio de 5 estrellas gran lujo durante 2 años.
- Conocimientos de terapias SPA.
- Experiência en gestionar situaciones pico de trabajo.
