**Meet Your Team**

Led by a problem-solving team leader that encourages Teamwork and Collaboration. That values each team member´s contribution and wants them to feel heard and respected. The Team consists of:

- Two junior members handling accounts payable
- One senior accountant managing bookkeeping and reconciliations
- A payroll specialist
- You, our new Financial Accountant

**Your Role**
- Manage Swedish accounting and taxation for diverse clients
- Lead monthly closings and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Swedish standards and tax laws
- Work closely with clients and internal teams

**What We’re Looking For**
- 10+ years’ experience in Swedish accounting and taxation
- Proven skills in monthly closings and annual reports
- Strong knowledge of Swedish tax and financial regulations
- Self-driven, team-oriented
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and strong English communication skills

**Bonus Skills**
- Payroll administration experience
- Spanish language skills
- Familiarity with Swedish K2/K3 reporting
