Our client are a distribution partner of one of the world's biggest names in technology, specifically their Solar PV/ESS range. They are seeking a dynamic Solution Manager whose mission is to provide solutions to medium and large PV projects as well as to solve different situations presented by clients.

This role is to be situated in Madrid, their Spanish HQ. A good experience for this role would be someone who has a sales or project engineer background in Solar PV (inverters ideally) and/or ESS as while it is a technical role it also requires someone who has a commercial flair who can communicate well with clients.

**You Must Have**
- ** Experience with both string and central inverters and the advantages of each, minimum string**:

- ** Understanding of neutral systems and their design considerations**:

- ** Knowledge of all stages of electrical design for PV plants, including feasibility studies, system sizing, equipment selection, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings**:

- ** Ability to size inverters based on parameters such as the number and type of PV modules, expected output, and environmental conditions**:

- ** Understanding of the purpose and use of DC fuses in PV plants, including sizing and placement**:

- ** Knowledge of the differences between switch disconnectors and circuit breakers and their use in PV plants**:

- ** Familiarity with the concept of DC/AC ratio and the factors that influence its selection**:

- ** Ability to size differential circuit breakers based on the specific requirements of a PV plant**

**Salary Range: up to 50/55K fixed salary, bonus**

**Languages: Native Spanish, Professional English**

**Remit**:

- Prepare proper designs, technical studies of PV solutions
- Carry out technical-economical project studies
- Build and strengthen commercial relationship from a technical point of view with the customers
- Develop a technical-commercial strategy that will allow to reach the company objectives
- Support the commercial team with technical solutions for the projects they bring.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as Project Manager, Solution Manager or Project Engineer in electrical generation installations or PV

installations
- Course or academic training in electrical Energy, renewables Energy and/or energy efficiency
- Good analysis ability and strong PV technical proficiency
- Ease towards communication to customers, excellent relation competences
- Self-sufficient and proactive towards problem-solving situations
- Well-organized & efficient

- Willing to work in an evolving environment, start-up culture
