**Job Description**:
Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- First contact person with the customer during orders.
- Kick Off meetings with customers.
- Homologation in new customers.
- Order related documentation management and coordination:

- Quality: Procedures, Certification, Dossiers,
- Technical: Data Sheet, Drawings,
- Logistics: internal documents and customer custom documents (specific formats).
- Financial: bank guarantees, letters of credit,
- Commercial.
- Periodical Reporting (internal and external).
- Leading Weekly internal orders follow up meetings.
- Calls for Inspection coordination with customer.
- Pickup Coordination.
- Supporting Sales Administration on Victaulic Europe’s Water projects.

Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes)
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- PMP Degree is highly valued.
- Highly skilled in multitasking.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with product knowledge.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and global business environment.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally and effectively.
- Possess analytical and business acumen. Project management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple orders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and creatively resolve issues and effectively prioritize workload and work concurrently on various orders.
- Willing to be flexible in schedule and travel overnight as required.
- Experience in the use of ERP(s) for Manufacturing and Expediting.
