Responsible for the general management of the bid process of German Depot Projects as director of the D&B Project Management Office.
- Responsible for the general management of the future contract as director of the D&B Project Management Office.
- Responsible of the management of the design team.
- In charge of the major plant and equipment specifications during the design stage, order and control of the design, manufacture, and delivery to the site.
- Skateholder Management
- Subcontractor Management
- Anticipate major issues related to the construction in terms of safety, quality, environment, and efficiency.
- Define detailed programs and budget for the works' execution, inter alia with respect to medium and long terms objectives.
- Monitor the progress of the works, provide instructions to the Construction Manager.
- Ensure that the works are performed at a satisfactory safety level and checks the implementation of general project procedures.
- Approve the technical specifications and works' method statement, as required to be submitted to the owner.
- Review and approve Monthly Progress Reports before submitting to the Owner.
- In charge of the supervision of the procurement process.
- Manage works certification with client
- Approve the monthly quantifications of the Construction Companies
- Negotiate changes with Construction Companies
- Reporting Responsibility: Chief Executive Officer
- Authority: Has the overall authority regarding all aspects of the Project’s Design and Construction.

Requiremnts
- 5 years in civil works project management. Desired a minimum of 2 years as PM on Depot projects or Industrial Development
- Civil Works/Industrial Technical Knowledge: Slab track, metallic structure, industrial construction, concrete works, industrial equipment installation, low voltage works, air compress system, water suplly, drainage...
- Desing Management, Construction Management, Testing and Comissioning Management
- Interface Management, Risk Management, Requirement Management
- Subcontract Management
- C1 level of English and C1 level of German.

Physical location during the term of the Agreement: Zamudio, Spain, and Germany
