Our team continues to emerge stronger and stronger as we adjust to the new normal—and that's where you come in If you're ready to take off with us, keep reading We are looking for a Community Experience Associate to join the team When the pandemic hit, TravelPerk quickly created its own Community Team to bring people together over our shared mission and culture, no matter where they were located. We've gone on to build _with_ our Community (not _for_ them), by fostering our micro-communities, driving community initiatives and taking employee experience to the next level. We like to focus on the role's objectives rather than the "function" when structuring our team. Your aim as our Community Experience Associate would be twofold: - Engage with and support our micro-communities - Create structure around all things micro-communities. Collect and track community data, maintain notion pages and curate other resources for community leaders to dip into **What you will do**: - Foster Micro-communities, empower them to take the lead on their initiatives while offering support where needed; - Embed yourself into the community and take constant "temperature checks" to make sure that what we are working on is relevant and engaging; - Collect and track community data, such as engagement metrics and community-driven content; - Have a strong data approach: evaluate and measure success in new ways and leverage those learnings to develop our strategy; - Build your network inside the organisation. **What you need**: - 2+ years in Customer or Employee Relations for a >300 employees company (tech company is a plus) - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong interpersonal skills at all levels - A proven track record of working collaboratively and productively with all stakeholders - Humble: you're ok with the spotlight, but you don't crave it.
