**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide support for HCMS, including researching and resolving HCMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements, ensure integrity of interfaces with other systems and vendors.
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Responsible for logical design of people systems workflows. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. People Services, Payroll, IT).
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in HR, Computer Science or a Business-related field
- 3+ years global HRIS experience or Global HR Specialist experience with a systems orientation
- Experience with Workday report writing preferred
- Workday administration experience required, dedicated support of one or more modules preferred - HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits
- Basic understanding of global data privacy regulations
- Experience with implementing HR systems and HR data conversion
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Excellent team player, collaborative and able to build consensus on working teams.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Accountable, dependable and strong commitment.
- Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally.
