Join a fast growing company in Spain as Financial Systems Analyst. Having implemented a new ERP system Oracle Netsuite, the company is looking for someone with a strong finance background and prior Netsuite ERP experience to join their team and build up core finance accounting and controlling processes in Netsuite.
As the interface between finance and IT partners, you will gather and define key finance requirements in line with the company’s growth, and will translate to solution design and configuration in Netsuite, together with the IT and ERP partners.
This is a key role focused on setting up scalable finance processes and systems in order to drive efficiency and automation
**Your Responsibilities**:
Business Analysis and improvement for Finance areas including Accounting (GL, AP, AR) Reporting, Controlling
As-is and To-Be requirements mapping and translate operating model design into ERP system design and configuration, together with IT partners
Lead Netsuite solution design, configuration and improvement
Support end users to ensure they’re getting the most out of the system
Identify and deliver finance process harmonisation and automation
**Your profile**:
Finance Manager / Financial Controller or Financial Systems Consultant with prior Netsuite ERP experience
Excellent Finance process knowledge e.g. Accounting (GL, AP, AR), Financial Controlling, Reporting with prior Finance Transformation, Finance Digitalisation or Automation experience
Netsuite experience e.g. key user, system administrator or having led a Netsuite implementation or improvement project previously
Business Analysis and Process improvement experience
Good communication skills in English
**Location**: Spain (Barcelona or remote with travel)
**Type**: Permanent contract
