**Buscamos un/a Customer Service**:
Nuestro cliente, destacada empresa del sector distribución alimentaria con foco en la eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente, nos ha encomendado la búsqueda de un/a:
**Customer Service - Especialista en Gestión de Pedidos**

Si ocupas el puesto, tu rol se centrará en garantizar el éxito operativo de los pedidos y la satisfacción del cliente, actuando como punto de enlace entre el cliente, el proveedor y el área comercial.

Desempeñarás, entre otras funciones:

- La gestión integral de la operativa de pedidos y entregas, garantizando tiempos y calidad de servicio.
- La realización de análisis estadístico comercial para apoyar decisiones estratégicas.
- El seguimiento de resultados para identificar áreas de mejora.
- La creación y envío de ofertas comerciales ajustadas a las necesidades del cliente.
- Gestión de incidencias, asegurando una rápida resolución y seguimiento hasta su cierre.
- Proporcionar soporte al cliente, asegurando altos níveles de satisfacción.

**¿Qué buscamos?**:

- Catalán y Castellano a nível nativo e Inglés a nível avanzado son esenciales para desarrollar el puesto. Valoraremos muy positivamente que cuentes con conocimientos de otros idiomas.
- Titulación tipo Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior o titulación universitaria en áreas relacionadas con el Comercio Internacional / Exportación - Importación.
- Experiência previa en posiciones similares, especialmente en el sector alimentario.
- Alto dominio de herramientas de gestión y análisis de datos, incluyendo Microsoft Office, con especial énfasis en Excel y Outlook.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y capacidad de gestión de relaciones con clientes.
