**Job Profile**
We are looking for an interns to join Tetra Pak within the based in Sevilla, Spain. We are looking for interns for the following areas:
- Quality Maintenance and Education & Training pillars
- Production Trainee
These are paid internships for a 6-months period (temporary). You will be contracted through Business School or University agreement, therefore a valid student status is a must for the whole duration of the internship.
**What you will do**
**Quality Maintenance and Education & Training pillars Intern**:
- Administration and analytical support to both pillars
- Participation in pillar meetings and minutes meeting preparation
- Pillar skill matrix management. Identification of training needs support by FICOST pillar leader
- TI and Defect Waste deployments. Improve loss analysis deployment using basic and advanced tools
- Participation in improvement initiatives and teams
- Working closely with all departments on site to define and implement powerful training and coaching plans for all employees
- Ensure Education & Training Pillar training material and tools provided at a global level are available at the factory level, are clearly understood, and is used
- Participation in ISO, FDA, and BRC audits. Procedures update
- Quality and Food Safety improvements in the production area
- Documents and standards management (OPLs, SOPs, ITs ) from our information management system
- Pillar material preparation for quarterly WCM audits. Participation in the audits when needed
- Benchmark with other pillars and factories
**Production Trainee**
- Line anomalies reports management and support shop-floor team in closing them.
- Actively participation in pillar meetings and defining activities for improvement.
- Standard operational procedure creation and improvement.
- Training shop-floor in new procedures and activities.
- Benchmark with other pillars and factories.
- Collaboration among pillars to ensure improvements and maintain condition.
- Participation in improvement activities and teams.
- Participation in WCM audits and factory tours.
In addition, in production department you will:
- Collaborate on shifts management in production to ensure zero machine stops due to lack of manpower.
- Production planning of our different products
**We believe you have**
- Technical profile oriented to shop-floor activities. Ongoing Engineer studies or similar with technical profile.
- Shop-floor mindset willing to work close to our production people and machines.
- Willingness to work in teams.
- English medium level is a plus.
- Capable to self-organize and manage properly information.
- Independent, self-learner, and proactive
- Communication skills and ability to speak in public (meetings, audits, etc.)
