This hotel, located in one of the most popular cities in Spain, is young and trendy and works very hard to always provide the best for its guests in the elegant style that is unique to the hotel. It has a top restaurant and an in-house wellness center. It is rapidly growing in popularity, and you can be part of this growth.

**Internship**

As an intern, your focus will be on the front desk. Welcoming guests to the hotel, making reservations, and meeting their needs are some of the tasks in your role. You always maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with guests and ensure they get an outstanding first impression of the hotel. So, quite a few different responsibilities to keep things interesting

**Student Profile**

You understand what hospitality means and always maintain a professional attitude toward guests. You have a first-class, broad smile and like to make a good first impression, are proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility. Additionally, you speak fluent English and preferably another foreign language such as Spanish or French.

- Welcoming guests and attending to their needs
- Informing guests about the hotel’s services
- Maintaining an organized front desk
- Managing and handling room reservations
- Handling problems and complaints about rooms

- Good communication skills
- Organized worker
- Multitasker and self-starter
- Someone who keeps a cool head during crises
