**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**
Como **Syndicated Loans Spain Associate **, tu misión será la originación, estructuración y ejecución de operaciones de financiación corporativa en formato sindicado para clientes de banca comercial (BCE).

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Análisis crediticio de oportunidades incluyendo la posible elaboración de proyecciones financieras y métricas de rentabilidad
- Preparación de presentación a riesgos
- Defensa de la oportunidad en los correspondientes comités internos
- Elaboración de Term Sheet/ Oferta
- Gestión de asesores externos
- Negociación y documentación
- Coordinación de Middle Office/ Back Office así como de resto de departamentos internos involucrados
- Reporting de credenciales, LTs etc
- Elaboración de Case Studies

EXPERIENCIA
- Se valorará positivamente experiência previa de hasta dos años en originación y estructuración de deuda u otros departamentos análogos (M&A, ECM, consultoría financiera, big four etc..)

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciatura en ciencias económicas, empresariales o similar
- Ingeniería con MBA

OTROS CONOCIMIENTOS
- Capacidad de modelización financiera y de análisis de riesgo de crédito en diferentes sectores
- Capacidad de negociación y comunicación
- Nociones legales
- Inglés experto y se valorará positivamente francés, alemán e italiano
