We have over 13,000 employees across 112 offices worldwide.Position DetailsLocation: MadridDepartment: Loan Agency (Transaction Management)Employment Type: Full time PermanentRole SummaryAs a Vice President you will be managing complex syndicated loan transactions from setup to completion, including monitoring borrower compliance, coordinating amendments and waivers, managing loan transfers, and liaising between lenders, borrowers, and advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control borrower compliance with the financing agreements.Support, supervise and train junior team members.Close and manage complex transactions.Set up new transactions using the Agency Management Monitoring Tool.Manage KYC requirements for lenders and borrowers.Manage amendments or waiver processes.Ensure client responsibilities are managed effectively and meet deadlines.Assist lenders in decision‑making processes and consultations related to financing.Coordinate communications and issues raised among parties.Organize and participate in meetings and conference calls.Manage loan transfers between lenders.Handle ad hoc distributions.Coordinate agency duties with Loans Administration and Business Development departments.Skills RequiredAt least 6 years of experience in banking, financial, or legal advisory sector.Excellent work attitude, quick learner, proficient team player.Attention to detail and going the extra mile.Experience in syndicated loans, middle office, loan administration.Knowledge of Intralinks, debt domain, or similar tools.Spanish and C2 English proficiency.Excellent communication and professionalism.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.Strong work ethic, proactive approach, can‑do mindset.Willingness to learn and gain experience in syndicated loans.BenefitsHigh visibility & impact.Inclusive & international culture.Global communication opportunities.Career growth in a leading independent fund administrator.Competitive compensation and benefits.Dynamic environment.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position. xsgfvud Apex operates a direct sourcing model and will engage directly with exclusive recruitment partners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
