Project Delivery Assistant

**Location**: Valencia

As a member of the Operations team, the Project Delivery Assistant will support the Head of Project Delivery Iberia and the Project Delivery team with various duties to ensure the successful construction of PV projects. On a daily basis, you will work on administrative tasks, provide support with suppliers, cost control, contract management, reporting, quality, planning, and other aspects of the projects.

**Key activities and responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project management activities, focusing on processes, systems and materials.
- Provide assistance for Contracts Management requirements.
- Assist project managers with weekly and monthly reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team, including tasks such as scanning, photocopying and compiling documents.
- Monitor and record project activities, ensuring that project data is accurate and up-to-date using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical, industrial, civil or mechanical engineering (including a superior, advanced vocational or master's degree).
- Strong interest in renewable energy.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Desirable to have knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP.
- Excellent organizational, reporting and time management skills.
