VHIR offers a vacant position for a Study Coordinator for a clinical trial in obesity at the Diabetes and Metabolism Research Group.

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Degree in Nutrition, Biomedicine, Biology, or Pharmacy Fluency in Catalan and Spanish

**Desired**:

- Additional training in data management, databases, and statistics
- Additional training in Clinical Trials
- Additional training in obesity clinical management Fluency in English

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- At least 1 year of experience working in clinical trials or a Master’s degree in clinical trial coordination
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of how to manage electronic medical records registry: ARGOS, SAP
- Knowledge of e-CRF and management of clinical data related to clinical trials

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Collaborate with the medical team and study coordinators from our department and others in coordinating patients enrolled in obesity clinical trials.
- Monitor patients and ensure follow-up of study-related procedures and personalized nutritional interventions.

**Labour conditions**:

- Part-time position: 20h/week
- Starting date: Immediate
- Gross annual salary: 15.000 euros (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
