We are looking for** French Speaking Customer Representative** to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 13:00 - 22:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a** Customer Representative** in our team, you will:

- Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in French and intermediate in English
- Have an excellent customer care skills and good IT knowledge
- Are Windows and Mac environment literate
- Have an adequate professional experience,1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support (preferred)
- Are able to implement and manage changes in processes
- Are responsible and independent, have a good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistance
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW
