**About our company**

Innovamat is a K-12 educational startup focused on bringing the **science of math learning **and teaching to **the classroom**.

We have built a PreK-8 math curriculum to **structurally change the way students learn**, leaving the textbook and workbook behind.

Our curriculum allows students to develop **all conceptual understanding** through **discussion and manipulation**, while developing **problem solving, reasoning and communication skills**.

We have created an all-in-one product ecosystem, from manipulatives to a self-adaptive practice App, to allow them to change their role from lecturing to facilitating and to save teachers time on non-pedagogical tasks.

**Our team**

We are more than 320 Education and math enthusiasts. Together, we’ve been able to reach more than 1,800 schools in 7 countries (United States, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Ecuador) with more than 300,000 students and 15,000 teachers falling in love with us.

**Your mission**

You will be part of our Marketing & Communications team, supporting the team in our Projects and Campaigns.

**Your day to day at Innovamat**
- Prepare creativities (videos, banners, animations) for Social Media
- Manage our Social Media profiles
- Keep our Youtube channels updated and SEO-optimised
- Support in Marketing Reporting

**What are we looking for?
- **Fast learner** finishing a bachelor's in Advertising, Audiovisual Communications or Marketing (preferably).
- **Well versed in** the Adobe pack: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and similar programs
- **Clear writing** and communication skills (in Spanish, Catalan and English) are a must.
- **Data analysis skills** (quantitative and qualitative) as well as reporting skills. Capable of filtering and understanding the most relevant data while giving accurate and insightful explanations.
- **Proactivity** is in your DNA. Strong drive for continuous improvement.
- **Computer literacy**; good knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations).
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, balancing attention to detail while working collaboratively and positively.

**It will be great if**
- **Project management skills**, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- **Design sense** to deliver high-quality resources (balance and clarity).
- Understanding of social media presence or community management (amateur or professional)
- You are fluent in Euskara, English or Italian
