**Job Requirements**Are you looking for an internship to kickstart your career? Would you like to experience working in a company that aims for a better and healthier every day for every woman? Then look no further Organon is recruiting a student to work in our Business Strategy team by March 2025 for 6 months to one year (6 + 6months after evaluation) for an internship. The role will be at Organon Spain in the Madrid office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full-time paid internship of one year duration (6 months + 6 months with evaluation after 6 first months).
- Initial training during the first days so you can get to know the company, our culture, values, and way of working.
- Continuous training in aspects of Company Compliance and Data Privacy, as well as participation in projects and initiatives that are produced, acquiring new knowledge and establishing what has been learned.
- Involvement in the day-to-day issues of the Business Strategy department, mainly in the implementation of the Compliance and Privacy program, collaborating closely with the Legal & Compliance area, the Commercial Excellence team and the Business Units.
- Assignment of a tutor throughout your internship that will follow you in your development and to which you can always go.
- Evaluations with the aim of improving your performance, reviewing your development, and receiving feedback that allows you to evolve in your professional development.

Required Education & Skills
- Graduates in Pharmacy, Economics, ADE, Law.
- High knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Analytical and conceptual thinking ability, information management, structured and methodical person, good capacity for dialogue and personal relationship, high motivation and learning ability.
- Place of residence in Madrid.

**Work Experience**Required Education & Skills
- Graduates in business and/or health areas. Specific studies in marketing and/or channel management will be an asset.
- High knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with creativity and versatility, good interlocution and interpersonal skills, high motivation and learning capacity.
- Place of residence in Madrid.
