**The project**

As a Strategy and Transformation Intern for out Transformation Office department, you will support initiatives across AWWG to transform our organisation, including end to end analysis, design, development and implementation of new or redesigned processes that cut across multiple teams.

**What will the role entail?**
- Project Management tasks in key strategic projects for the company: requirement identification, stakeholder alignment and team coordination for project kick offs and monitoring.
- Consult with business and IT partners to assess current opportunities for improvement
- Analyze findings, provide options for consideration and recommendations for resolutions
- Prepare reports and business cases to help the business units to take decisions as required
- Preparing and participating in both workshops and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- **Degree**: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Analytics (or similar), Economics or Engineering.
- **Languages**: high Level of English and Spanish is a must, any additional languages are a big plus.
- **IT Skills**: knowledge in MS Office tools, primarily PowerpOint and Excel
- Experience in project management, consulting or business analysis is a
plus.
