Procurement Transformation Director
We are partnering with a leading international organization undergoing a major transformation in its procurement function. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of procurement within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a forward-looking procurement strategy that supports long-term business objectives and reflects industry best practices. - Change & Transformation:
Lead initiatives that modernize procurement operations, improve efficiency, agility, and overall effectiveness. - Process & Tools Implementation:
Introduce and optimize procurement systems and tools to streamline sourcing and contract management, ensuring a unified and consistent approach. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build strong partnerships across departments to promote a growth-oriented culture and drive organizational transformation.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and transformation projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in implementing transformation and process improvement projects.
- Fluent English
