**Role Overview**:
Reporting locally to Regional Change Lead and globally to Digital Channels Tribe Lead.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and implement digitalization strategies **, with a focus on achieving targets related to revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
- **Manage the delivery of digital banking services **, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Third-Party Payments, Wallets, and Automated Applications, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- **Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products **, from conception to launch and beyond. Ensure products are innovative and meet customer demands.
- **Lead and motivate the Digital Banking team **, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Drive team performance to achieve business goals and contribute to the growth and profitability of the digital channels.
- **Review and evaluate existing processes **for opportunities to enhance efficiency through digitalization and automation. Lead transformation initiatives that optimize operational performance.
- **Ensure the continuity and high performance **of digital and self-service channels. Promote their adoption among customers to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- **Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams **to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives. Align project goals with broader business objectives.
- **Negotiate and coordinate with business stakeholders **to integrate digital channel strategies with overall company goals. Drive stakeholder alignment and support.
- **Lead brainstorming sessions **to generate new product ideas and spearhead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.
- **Build and maintain relationships **with digital technology providers, industry peers, and key stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements.
- **Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis **to inform digital strategies. Recommend enhancements based on market trends and technologies.
- **Prepare and manage annual budgets for digital projects **, ensuring expenditures are within budget and aligned with financial objectives. Monitor financial performance to ensure successful implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the digital banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of working with Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities in an international setting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate with various business stakeholders.
