In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in executive hiring will be crucial in shaping our leadership team and driving the growth and success of the organisation.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-caliber executive talent.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in leadership hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are considered in the selection process.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of leadership hiring efforts and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
