This position offers a great opportunity to participate actively in the creation of the new Barcelona Hub while contributing to the overall success of Coty. As a HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HRBP in the Hub to support various HR activities related to this new project. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our HR Generalist you are responsible for supporting the fundamentals of HR: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR services, etc.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a/an experienced HR Generalist, you have strong communication skills, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
**Other than that, you**:
A university degree in some related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.)
2 years of experience in HR
High professional fluency in English (this is our working language).
Good Excel skills.
Success factors knowledge is a plus.
Proactivity and commitment to deliver results.
Flexibility. Enjoys working in rapidly changing environments and lack of stability.
