This means that we need to accelerate our Omni customer experience and put Omni at the core of our business
Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership - on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.
While taking a role of Owned Media Channels Planner, you would be a part of region south driving your customer segment in one of the two market sales clusters of countries: Spain, Italy and Portugal or France Belgium, Luxemburg, and Turkey.
**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as an Owned Media Planner you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team within Omni Sales Team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities include**:
- Understanding the need for customer digital owned channel communication, the differences within your markets of your market sales cluster, and its competitors.
- Together with the digital specialist Set the Owned Media channel strategy and goals together for all Customer segments based on customer insights, commercial patterns, beliefs, sales results, brand opportunities, and previous learnings.
- Create an effective media planning and execution of our Newsletter and push notification channel to increase customer value, sales, and brand value. You will work with different systems to implement the Owned Media Channels plan. such as Jira.
- Follow up of your media plan to detect learnings and actionable insights applicable for future strategies.
- Having a test & learn approach using A/B testing to fuel insights.
- Collaborate cross functionally, with roles such as E-commerce, SEO responsible, communications department, to detect brand and sales growth potentials.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders within the region to be aligned with the regional communication plan and create one brand toward the customer.

Besides your personality we see that you have:
- A university degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business
- Digital media & E-commerce expertise
- Project Management
- Analytical Skills
- Test & Learn mindset
- You are results oriented
- at least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- perceived as structured and influencing person with passion for communication
- Fluent in English
