Due to our continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Technology Engineer. Based in Madrid, reporting to the AMOS Manager, the Technology Engineer will support in the management of the Engineering Maintenance systems, currently AMOS and ETech Log.

**The Role**:
As the Technology Engineer you will assist in ensuring the current and future Engineering Maintenance systems are fully operational and using maximum available functionality. This will include:

- System administration including but not limited to scheduler tasks, workorder ranges, workflows, parameters
- Monitoring system reports and taking necessary action to ensure data quality
- End user support including but not limited to timely fixing of bugs and queries, data corrections, account creation, user access administration, password resets
- Creation and maintenance of custom reports to provide management information across all
- Manage AMOS upgrade testing with Engineering departments and Ryanair Labs teams to ensure a smooth and continuing availability of the system.
- Development of AMOS training modules for Engineering departments and providing training as required.
- Support the introduction of new technology into Ryanair’s Engineering operation.
- Support Ryanair Labs teams to manage the in-house development of new technologies and systems to support AMOS operations.
- Liaise with third parties for data transfer and interfaces with the AMOS system
- Liaise with Swiss-AS for system support, training requirements

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Engineering or Technical degree with a focus on data analysis
- AMOS Software and SQL developer knowledge an advantage
- Microsoft BI Software knowledge an advantage
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Lateral thinker who can identify areas of potential improvement and provide solutions.
- Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
