**The Company**:
\- Startup founded some years ago
\- Entrepreneurial spirit
\- Offer their broking services in the energy sector
\- Looking for a new teammate to join their team in Barcelona

**What you are doing as a Broker**:
\- Building your own clients portfolio and growing existing relationships
\- Building strong relationships with major oil, energy providers, biofuels and trading companies
\- Updating your customers on the latest information about the market

**\- Work inside a team to make trades**: you have a buyer? I have a seller
\- Make deals by matching supply and demand
\- Doing business travels outside of Spain for clients visits
\- Performance daily reviewed by a senior Broker

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
\- Native level of French & advanced level of English
\- Minimum 2 years in a Sales role (Business Development, Inside Sales, Trader, Broker, Real Estate, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, etc.)
\- Ready to travel occasionally on business trips
\- Can stay professional even after 1 or 2 beers
\- Bachelor degree

**\- Big plus**: Previous experience with cold-calling
\- Good communication and negotiation skills
\- Team Player, friendly and easygoing
\- Being energetic, innovative and startup mindset

**\- Starting date**: As soon as possible

2- Phone call with the CEO-Founder
3- Physical interview in their office in Barcelona(+ Potentially a dinner/drinks with the team)
