We are currently looking for an analytical, self-motivated **Senior Consultant** to join our Professional Services team in Paris.
**Responsibilities**:
- Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project’s needs
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams to ensure the successful implementation of retail solutions
- Collaborate with our customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and design solutions that meet their needs
- Manage customer relationships, build trust and credibility, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge and skills of BOARD products and technologies
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in BI/CPM and planning; and share that knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues
- Be responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills
- Be an expert on FP&A processes
**Requirements**:
- Educational background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or any relevant field
- Proven experience in Transformation Project Implementations preferable within the retail industry, CPG or manufacturing
- Experience with multi-dimensional systems (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, etc.)
- Experience with Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with SQL and ODBC data source connections will be a plus
- Able to work against very tight target dates in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Availability to travel, mainly domestically
- PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, PMP will be considered a plus
- Fluency in French and English is required
