**INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION** - **Position**: BCBL Lab Department Receptionist - **Number of vacancies**: 1 - **Department**:Lab - **Location**: Spain > San Sebastian - **Type of contract/Duration of Contract**: We offer an initial contract for 2 years, with the possibility of upgrading to permanent contract. - **Job Status**:Full-time - **Hours per week**: 35 - **Starting date**:Immediate - Reception duties (assisting participants and researchers, handling mail, printer tasks, etc.) - Management of the participants' database - Appointment and reservation management - Support in laboratory management tasks **The department**: The selected person will be part of the multi-disciplinary team of the lab department:team **2. CANDIDATES’ PROFILE AND SELECTION CRITERIA** **Required skills and academic background**: - **Education**: Advanced degree in Administration and Finance, Tourism, or a similar field - **Languages**: High level of Basque (EGA or equivalent) and high level of English (C1 or equivalent). Certification is not required, but a demonstrable level is necessary - **Proficiency in common office software tools** **Desirable skills**:Strong customer service skills **3. WORKING CONDITIONS** **Salary**: €19.200 gross per annum **Training opportunities and Career development plan**: Opportunity to start or develop professionally in a multicultural, young, and dynamic environment. The required technical training for the position will be provided by the center itself. **4. OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION**: **Language policy** - The working language at the center is English, although Spanish and Basque are also used for communication within the laboratory department. Public service is conducted daily in Spanish, Basque, and English. - The interview may be conducted in Spanish or Basque, but the level of Spanish/Basque/English will be assessed during it. **5.
