- ¿Cómo será tu día a día?- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios que ofrece nuestra plataforma.
- Detección proactiva de incidencias y promover su resolución.
- Gestionar y resolver incidencias de integración y/o calidad de datos.
- Apoyo en la identificación, análisis y planificación de iniciativas en la mejora continua.
- Creación y/o actualización de documentación de procesos y/o funcional.
- Requisitos- Experiência de 2 años o más, en un puesto de consultoría tecnológica o de implantación.Estudios en ámbito informático (Ciclos formativos y/o ingenierías).
-Capacidad analítica y conocimientos en gestión de base de datos y/o SQL (SQL Server).
-Trabajo en equipos multidisciplinares.
-Interés por desarrollar nuevos conocimientos técnicos y de desarrollo de negocio.
-Nível de italiano avanzado. Muy valorable otros idiomas.
-Conocimientos en el sector FMCG es un plus.
-Dominio paquete Office.
