At DXC Spain we are looking for a **Workday technical Consultant** to join our great team of **Consulting**.
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration.
- ** Certifications**: Workday certifications in relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll).
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Workday architecture, integration tools, and reporting capabilities.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Project Management Skills**: Proven experience in managing large-scale Workday projects.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.
- Nice to have: Workday certifications.
- High level of Spanish and English
**Tasks**:
- ** Workday Implementation**: Lead and support the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
- ** Configuration and Customization**: Configure and customize Workday modules to meet client requirements, including business process design, security setup, and reporting.
- ** Technical Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- ** Data Migration**: Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, conversion, and validation.
- ** Training and Documentation**: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
- ** Project Management**: Oversee Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the use of Workday.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Workday implementations.
