**YOUR JOB - What would be your everyday job?**
**Responsibilities**:
- Create processes that enable visible and transparent sales management and that utilize the available tools or implement new ones (increased sales effectiveness);
- Responsible for implementation and use of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - Hubspot;
- Responsible for analytics, tracking, effectiveness, and reporting of performance (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success);
- Provision of consumer research and industry specific information as well as preparing monthly/quarterly/annual pipeline reports;
- Develop commercial reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders as well as driving the adoption and usage of commercial automation solutions;
**YOUR PROFILE - qualifications you will need**
We’re looking for significant proven commercial experience of driving effective sales and revenue growth, preferably from sales operations at executive level and ideally in the manufacturing sector.
**Skills, Experience & Competencies**
- Ability to translate and implement commercial processes & strategy;
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Analytic ability;
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM system or similar tool;
- Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI);
- Full professional proficiency in English.
**Key Success Factors**
- Drive and desire to achieve/exceed ATS objectives and standards;
- Proven to work well under pressure;
- Strong analytic skills;
- Good communication skills (written and oral) and an ability to present clearly and effectively;
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and self-confidence.
