- FUNCIONES
- Integrado/a en el equipo de Retail Ocupantes en España, dentro de la línea de negocio de servicios de consultoría y transacciones que coordina principalmente las cuentas de clientes que CBRE lidera en exclusiva a través del servicio de Tenant Rep en España y que responde además a otras cuentas de clientes nacionales e internacionales cuyos planes en España sea la búsqueda activa de locales, con diferente target de producto.- Ayudará en el desarrollo de negocio para aportar cuentas estratégicas para la compañía, tratando de que todas las líneas de negocio del producto Retail puedan desarrollarse dentro de la actividad de dicho cliente.
- Entre sus funciones cabe destacar:

- Gestionar cuentas/clientes
- Desarrollo negocio. Captación nuevos clientes y búsqueda oportunidades
- Colaboración con equipo Crossborder en UK
- Seguimiento proyectos en activo. Coordinar acciones con el equipo.
- Contacto con propiedades de centros comerciales y/o parques de medianas a nível nacional
- Intermediación y negociación de contratos de arrendamiento
- Coordinación con otras líneas de negocio dentro de CBRE
- Elaboración de presentaciones a clientes con la propuesta de valor adhoc según necesidades y servicios CBRE
- Seguimiento del Budget
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento plan estratégico
- Actualización de base de datos interna CRM.
- **Perfil**:

- 10 años de experiência mínima en el sector del Retail, con conocimiento en transacciones
- Excelente trato con el cliente. Capacidad de comunicación y relación
- Orientación a objetivos y servicio a clientes
- Persona metódica, organizada y creativa
- REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES- Licenciado/a en ADE, Economía o Derecho
- Nível de conversación y escritura de inglés muy alto (probado)
- Dominio de herramientas para creación presentaciones
- Experiência en la preparación e implementación de planes estratégicos
- Capacidades analíticas y de síntesis
- Disponibilidad de viajar a nível nacional
