Reporting directly to the IPW FP&A Director, you will oversee day-to-day business partnering with operations, ensure a robust control and supervision of Iponweb Products Business Performance (+1 Billion media spend), collaborate with corporate teams, and have transversal responsibilities on cross team projects in relation to the progressive integration of this entity into **Criteo framework** and **Client Solutions**. **What You'll Do** Controlling and reviewing financial information and ensuring compliance with Criteo reporting and rules. You will be the first point of contact for all queries coming from different stakeholders in relation to finance, controlling, and any teams reaching out. You will work hand-to-hand with all your Business Partners, including Business Leadership, Iponweb CFO, Corporate FP&A, Controllership, Transformation Office, FP&A VPs, when required to provide a comprehensive view and explanations of Product performance and contribute to the integration. Progressively you will deep dive into integration topics and work to fully integrate IPW with Criteo and participate to the redesign of the scope. **Main activities include** - Work **day-to-day with operations** to manage their budgets, measure actuals vs budget or forecast and give the required visibility to various stakeholders in a context of transition and integration. - Monitor **Financial Performance** by performing and documenting recurring/ad-hoc analysis of financials (Actuals vs Forecast / Annual Budget / Year over Year analysis / Headcounts) on top line, expenses, and headcounts. - Contribute to build the IPW standalone performance view until full integration and deep dive into monthly financials on an on-going basis to ensure they’re materially correct and free from accounting errors. - Providing business / financial insights by contributing to presentations for company executives (CFO, Leadership Team), prepare and articulate the story for Business Leadership. - Regular teamwork with the Finance Shared Services (“FSS”, located in Paris & Barcelona), consolidation, tax and legal teams in the context of integration into Criteo systems and closing. - Significantly contribute to the annual guided bottom-up Plan/Budget, quarterly reforecasts analysis and quarterly presentations by **providing valuable insights**. - Monitor **forecast accuracy **on revenue and operating expenses. Analyze root causes of unexpected variances and lead continuous improvement effort of forecasting capability. o **Track and set operational KPIs** monthly, deliver qualitative insights. - Lead or contribute to Finance/legal/tax/Transformation office integration projects to support the full progressive merge of IPW with Criteo. - Participate to business cases and modeling of several scenarios on an ad-hoc basis **Who You Are** - Master in Accounting and Finance or equivalent - At least 8 years of experience in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred) -experience in the New Technology and Digital Marketing industries is a plus. - Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP - Strong excel and power point skills - SAP, Netsuite is a strong plus - Must be well organized and analytical. Good team player.
