**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team with focus on the commercial aspects of the business. The role will be embedded in the Finance department and will directly report to the CFO. There will be a very strong connection to the Commercial team but also the Product department and the Business Intelligence team to give answers to performance related questions. You will also be responsible for developing deep insights to further develop the rights products and features and give the company the ability to focus on the right targets. We will offer you room to grow with and within the business. With this role, you will have the most direct influence on elevating the the company to achieve its growth targets in Europe and beyond

**What you'll do**

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you are responsible for:

- Building strong and reliable revenue forecasting
- Building financial control capabilities and actively be able to forecast cost deviation and course correction
- Designing the pricing strategy with strong understanding of gross margin optimization & commercial negotiation
- Supporting sales processes with tools and knowledge around margin optimization, pricing, and risk management
- Designing commission plan for commerce teams and aligning them with individual and company targets
- Working closely with Management team and provide financial insights across Customer profitability, Product profitability, Operational efficiency, etc.
- Supporting and QA in the invoicing of customers along contractual agreements.
- Developing and supporting sales processes with tools and knowledge around margin optimization, pricing, and risk management
- Developing further and maintaining the unit economics of Fourthline's product range.
- Building standards for commercial negotiations with modular pricing and feature catalogues
- Supporting and QA in the invoicing of customers along contractual agreements.
- The financial business partner for the Product and Commercial verticals

**What you've got**
- At least 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Commercial Analytics.
- Substantial experience in B2B businesses, respectively deep expertise with KYC, compliance, and digital identity industry.
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Having worked in a fast-paced, start-up and/or scale-up environment is a huge advantage.
- Deep understanding and excellent Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft PowerPoint, having experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- Having an analytical and numbers driven business acumen.
- Being inspired and self-driven by a high-performance scale-up environment
- This role can be based in Amsterdam of Barcelona.
