**Key Requirements**
- University graduate with professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant/MBA in Finance.
- Good understanding on ERP system will be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in NBFI/Banking sector and managing of finance department including accounting and financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with ability to influence at senior management level.
- Ability to analyze financials, market conditions and identify opportunity for business growth with excellent analytics skills with specialization in finance analytics.
- Strong leadership skills, managing resources and delegating effectively.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Direct and manage finance and treasury functions through managing financial performance, cost control, maintain accounting and records and preparing monthly/annual financial statements in compliance of IFRS/SL Accounting Standards and support all internal and external audits.
- Manage cash flow and review liquidity gaps to ensure adequate liquidity for business growth and represent Asset and Liability Committee and highlight financial information.
- Analyze and Interpret Company's Lending Portfolio with reference to its risk characteristics to drive the business units to achieve company's strategic objectives.
- Ensure Liquidity Requirement as per CBSL is met on a real time basis and take necessary actions to comply, meeting covenants on borrowing and ensuring all local compliance with CBSL.
- Assess the portfolio for Impairment in line with SLFRS and maintain constant awareness.
- Developing the business strategy including financial budgets, monitoring performance and risks, actively manage the funding requirements to develop the funding strategy in line with policy.
