We are looking for an **English/Spanish-speaking Trainer** to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

As a **Trainer** in our team, you will:

- Create and deliver efficient Sales Trainings for B2B sales teams
- Drive the Curriculum, content preparation and delivery for the new B2B programs
- Identify areas of improvements for the teams, collaborate closely with with B2B operational leads
- Ensure an equal level of training to all participants
- Create knowledge assessments and take actions based on results
- Maintain the relevant admin/reporting documentation, drive the analytical actions to measure knowledge
- Work together with Training manager on implementing local initiatives and programs
- Support in the delivery of other transversal trainings

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Have a native level of Spanish with advanced English
- Come with outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation and communication abilities as well
- Possess experience as a Trainer
- Have strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Come with a high interest for Sales and B2B environment
- Can handle unique situations confidently, to solve problems effectively by analyzing relevant information
