Patient Services Executive

Better2Know is a multi-award winning global provider of private Sexual Health Testing services. Established in 2011, the company has grown quickly and is now providing thousands of tests a year for STIs throughout the United Kingdom, Spain, the Republic of Ireland, South Africa, Australia, the Middle East, and many other countries around the world.
All of Better2Know’s STI testing services are supported by world-class medical professionals. Our service is always confidential, anonymous, and provides fast results from leading accredited pathology laboratories.
**Duties will include (Amount of Time%)**
- Answering inbound calls from Better2Know patients in Spanish, Portuguese and English and providing a five-star customer experience (75%)
- Proposing ways to increase conversion rates and the number of phone calls to management (15%)
- Supporting other team members with patient services (5%)
- Training and Development, other ad hoc duties which may be required (5%)
**The successful person will have**:
- A proven track record of exceptional telesales
- Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A good understanding of the challenges of selling our services and appropriate manner
- Excellent IT skills e.g. word, excel, internet
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to get stuff done
- Enthusiasm about new challenges
- High Attention to detail
- An appreciation that in healthcare there is never any room for errors
- Good knowledge of Spain and UK geography
**The successful person may have**:
- Experience of telesales within a healthcare environment
- Experience of analysing data, conversion rates, phone patterns
- A third European language if not Portuguese

**Salary**: 18,000.00€ - 21,000.00€ per year
