Using data, consumer insights, and creative solutions, you will be a key contributor to our commercial performance, ensuring our commercial strategy reflects our players’ passion for their hobby. As the owner of first party platform sales and in-game monetization, you and your team will collaborate with the Product Management team, Marketing, and Development teams to deliver successful business outcomes for IOI Games. While aligning external partners to support our commercial initiatives, you will design commercial strategies and execute go-to-market plans.

The role is a full-time position from any IOI studio locations.

**Global Revenue Strategy & Process Optimization**
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that meet and/or exceed the studio's business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advise on adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead improvement and lead initiatives to implement change of new systems, database and processes.

**Sales Planning, Forecasting & Reporting**
- Develop/build/maintain models to forecast Sales, Player Acquisition, Retention and Monetisation, for new titles as part of the various budgeting processes & Ensure accurate and timely (re)forecasting on all titles including Catalogue.
- Assess risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a commercial situation.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and key stakeholders and assist with implementation of decisions, utilising sales metrics which are both meaningful and actionable.

**Revenue Generation & Growth**
- Manage and grow the sales planning and analysis team while identifying new market trends to drive innovative business models for IOI Games.
- Leverage insights on existing revenue streams and support the development of new streams (Mobile Gaming, UEFN, Business Developement, Licensing, new skus...) as well as managing existing ones.
- Manage Physical Distribution partner(s) to optimize global disc revenue.
- Oversee Global digital store front with 1st parties (PSN, XBL, Eshop, Steam, Meta...)
- Ensure integrity of pricing in relation to 1st party rules and territory local currency RRPs across all titles/sku’s.
- Secure & Maximize digital promotions with 1st party sales opportunities.
- Partner with the Product Management team and offer solutions/ideas that drive in-game monetisation.
- Identify key Consumer Product partners to expand IOIs product range and diversify revenue stream.

**Management**
- Manage and Coach the Game Release Specialist/

**Who you are**:

- Experience in the management and growth of a physical and digital commercial organization ideally in the gaming industry or adjacent industries (consumer technology or entertainment).
- Strong knowledge in all gaming business models: Premium, Free To Play, Streaming, Live Plan, Live Services...
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, business insights, and data-informed decision maker.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (eg: Power BI) to manage effitiently the team on sales reporting and research, working closely with business insights.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise, network and a wealth of knowledge of games industry trends, competitive landscape, and successful sales strategies in the space.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
