**The Wow**:
We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join Betsson Group's growing Data & Analytics team. You'll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive real business outcomespersonalization, customer segmentation, fraud detection, responsible gaming, and more.

This is a key role for someone who's passionate about building scalable ML solutions in production, and who thrives in a fast paced, data rich environment.

**A taster of what you will be involved with**:

- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data pre-processing to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and turn prototypes into reliable, scalable systems.
- Work closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business needs and translate them into ML solutions.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for model training, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the development of Realtime inference systems and microservices using ML models.
- Use ML to support key areas such as player retention, game recommendations, personalization, fraud detection, and player risk profiling.
- Keep up with new techniques in ML, AI, and MLOps, and identify where they can be applied to improve our systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, especially around responsible gaming and data privacy.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong experience in applied machine learning, with models in production.
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn.
- Experience building and deploying ML models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker).
- Good understanding of data pipelines, APIs, containers (Docker), and version control (Git).
- Experience working with largescale datasets and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with recommendation systems, timeseries models, or reinforcement learning.
- Exposure to the iGaming industry or other highly regulated, customer facing domains.
- Understanding of A/B testing and statistical evaluation of model performance.
